01 · Individual therapy

One-on-one sessions for the things that are hardest to say out loud

Individual sessions are for anyone who needs a space to think clearly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what's going on — without being rushed or redirected before they're ready. Nina has worked extensively with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and suicidal ideation, as well as the quieter struggles: feeling stuck, burned out, or simply not quite like yourself.

Sessions are led by what you bring. Early meetings are usually about understanding the full picture before deciding what to work on and how.

  • 60-minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly
  • In-person at the Villa, Damansara Perdana  ·  Online also available
  • Common reasons people start: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, ageing, suicidal ideation

Session fees

In person  ·  RM 220 / 60 minutes

Online  ·  RM 200 / 60 minutes

A sliding scale is available for students and pensioners navigating financial constraints. If fees are a barrier, please reach out — Nina believes access to support should not depend entirely on what you can afford.

02 · Couples therapy

For partners working through conflict, disconnection, or crisis

Couples work isn't about deciding who's right. It's about understanding the pattern you're both caught in — and learning to speak to each other in a way that actually lands. Nina has worked with couples navigating marital crisis, recurring conflict, trust repair, intimacy issues, and the quiet erosion that happens when two people stop really talking. Sessions include both partners; the focus stays on the dynamic between you, not on either person as the problem.

  • 60-minute sessions
  • Both partners attend together
  • Common reasons couples start: recurring arguments, disconnection, infidelity, trust repair, major life transitions, feeling like strangers

Session fees

In person  ·  RM 330 / 60 minutes

Online  ·  RM 300 / 60 minutes

03 · Family therapy

A space where every voice in the room gets heard

Family sessions bring in whoever is affected by what's happening at home — parents, children, siblings, whoever matters to the situation. The focus is on how the family communicates and relates, not on finding someone to blame. Nina structures sessions so that quieter members get space alongside louder ones, and so that what's said in the room can actually be heard rather than defended against.

  • 60-minute sessions, flexible on attendees depending on the family's needs
  • In-person or online
  • Common reasons families start: parent-child conflict, blended-family adjustment, communication breakdown, a recent major loss or transition, supporting a family member through a mental health difficulty

04 · Talks, training & workshops

Bringing psychological insight into organisations and communities

Nina draws on years of leading wellbeing programmes in large corporate environments to deliver talks, training sessions, and workshops that are practically grounded and genuinely engaging. Topics span mental health awareness, burnout and resilience, psychological safety in teams, emotional intelligence, and the Unlanguaged framework for somatic and emotional processing.

Every engagement is scoped individually — a lunchtime talk for a team looks different from a full-day workshop for HR leads. Nina is available for corporate, academic, and community settings.

  • Keynote talks, half-day and full-day workshops, team training sessions
  • In-person or online
  • Fees depend on the nature, scope, and duration of each engagement
